| Life in the fast lane — at Dahu Park Pool |
The plum rains have been strong and plentiful this year. They have been keeping me off of the trails and sometimes out of the water!
I am back to hitting the pool a few mornings each week and being back in the water has been wonderful! The water is icy cold which is just how I like it! Tends to keep a lot of swimmers out of the pool which brings zero complaints from me. I love uninterrupted workouts in my own lane!
