Living on the other side of the globe, it is easy for one to forget about their own country's holidays. I have been reminded that, today, Canada celebrates its birthday. Happy Canada Day!

Gosh, talk about being out of touch ... I had to do a search on the net to find out who Stephen Harper is. I don't follow news or politics ... just thought it to be a funny thing! I'll have to pack a very big pair of scissors with me on my visit back to Canada!

I find it funny that somebody would say that Bush pulls the strings of Harper.
Who pulls Bush's strings? And more importantly, why does it matter when people are more than capable of directing their own affairs?
