It's pretty cool to see your getting better with PS all the time, this will really help with the web design. You should try using brushes next, YouTube has some easy tutorials on the subject and you can get all the free brushes patterns and other stuff at myphotoshopbrushes.com

I use the Gimp. Trying to figure out what a path is. :)

Grant - I've heard about Gimp but haven't tried it myself ...
And I have heard of Photoshoppe. :D
...and never used it...
my friend uses Gimp and really likes it ... have fun with it!
